POSITIONS (NOT CURRENTLY HIRING)

Account Executive: Practice Management / EMR
Sell approved Company products and services with assigned territory; meet or exceed sales quotas; actively participate in ensuring customer satisfaction within territory. Responsibilities and activities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for achieving sales objective for an assigned territory in Georgia or Alabama.
  • Develop a business plan and an adequate sales pipeline to meet sales objectives that would include cold calling, networking with IT service providers, other business partners and consultants.
  • Conduct an in depth needs analysis for prospective customers that will result in an understanding of the prospect’s business their goals for practice management software, and for EMR.
  • Provide product demonstrations that effectively demonstrate how our software solution can address clients’ needs uncovered during needs analysis.
  • Assist in the selection, preparation and attendance at trade shows and meetings.

Application Support Engineer (Help Desk)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Ensures customer satisfaction by responding to calls to the Support Department.
  • Logs all customer questions and problems and tracks the same through to resolution.
  • Ensures timely escalation of customer problems by documenting the impact to the customer and by assigning an appropriate priority and resolution target.

EMR Clinical Consultant
Lead the Medical Practice through the implementation of the Centricity EMR product, focusing on the training and education at the medical practice. This would include both clinical and non-clinical staff. Responsibilities and activities include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct initial customer assessment; establish customized implementation/training plan.
  • Identify customer implementation requirements.
  • Influence and drive implementation plan and timeline.
  • Provide remote analysis of data build process.
  • Deliver onsite and remote coaching to customers, utilizing remote software tool.

Physician Practice Management Trainer
Provide onsite customer focused training to medical office billing personnel and office staff at customer locations. Responsibilities and activities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide classroom training on medical practice management software – GE Centricity Practice Solution – Practice Management.
  • Enhance and refine existing training courses and methodologies of adult learning in Practice Management and EMR.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and documentation of training process.
  • Be a thought-leader and drive best practices within the organization.

Healthcare IT Technical Support Engineer (Help Desk)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Application installation and setup of software remotely on Microsoft based servers with Microsoft SQL based products.
  • Scheduling and performing product updates and upgrades in combination with hardware vendors and clients.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction by responding to calls to the Support Department that have been escalated to Technical Services group.
  • Assisting and working closely with Implementations, Support and Training Departments to help resolve issues that require a more technical investigation and oversight.
